Hey people of Malmö and welcome to a new year. Time really flies and with a new year we are going to bring you so much more new beans. Last year we had some amazing roasteries here at the bar and the plan is to keep that streak. Make sure to swing by and try this month’s beans. So with no further ado the roastery:

All coffees are scoring 86 points and more; they are fresh in season and roasted to perfection. Tasting Notes: Notes of chocolate, plum and vanilla.

Origin: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

Variety: Mixed Heirloom

Process: Washed

Altitude: 1950 – 2200 m.a.s.l

Tasting Notes: Peach, chocolate and jasmine notes. With a silky body.

Origin: Guji, Uraga, Ethiopia

Variety: Mixed Heirloom

Process: Natural 

Altitude: 1850 m.a.s.l

Tasting Notes: Flavours of candied fruit, overripe strawberries, purple grape and chocolate-caramel. Slight ferment as in anaerobic flavours. Medium acidity.

Tasting Notes: Apricot, honey and chamomile are predominant flavours.

Tasting Notes:  Mahembe has flavour notes of sweet morello cherries, cocoa and spicy nutmeg.

Tasting Notes: Chocolate mousse, toffee and macadamia.
