Hey everyone and welcome back to a new month and now we can truly feel the summer slowly coming around. Hopefully the warmth is on its way. With a new month comes a new roastery and it’s time for one of our friends to take place down in our bar so with no further ado…
The roastery:
Solde coffee roastery opened in Autumn 2010. At Malmö’s Frihamn they roast their beans gently and lovingly in their twelve kilo Diedrich roaster.
They exclusively source coffee that is traceable to the farmer, the farm or the washing station. They strive to keep as few phases between them and the producer and they only work with importers they trust. This means they know there are good working conditions for all involved and the environment is managed in a sustainable way It’s a little more expensive but a lot tastier in the cup and it’s also good for the soul.
